Living Eco Return Policy:
We offer a 7 business day window for refund, exchange or credit of faulty products.
Returning Damaged/Faulty Goods - We are particular with postage and packaging, therefore damages are rare. However, in the event that you receive your goods damaged please inform us as soon as you receive them via email at jo@livingeco.com.au We will arrange for the damaged goods to be returned to us, and replaced by new product. In the event we do not have more stock, your purchase will be refunded.
Lost Packages - Our store policy is to use traceable shipping methods. We do not generally use non-trackable shipping methods at Living Eco. In the event we have agreed to use non trackable shipping for your purchase the buyer is responsible for lost packages. Lost items sent in the post with no tracking as asked by the customer will not be replaced at Living Eco's expense. If we agree to non trackable options, the liability lies with the customer.
